Welcome. Something in you is already leaning toward change, whether it whispers or aches. If you’re holding fatigue, overwhelm, or a story that’s been hard to voice, this space is here for you. With steady presence and real care, you’ll find room to exhale, reconnect, and begin again, on your terms.

You don’t have to downplay your pain to match someone else’s idea of strength. If you’ve been holding it together for too long, or burying hurt beneath productivity, this is a space to feel fully, without apology, and begin healing on your terms. If that speaks to you, you’re not alone.

The cycle of overthinking, replaying, and second-guessing wears you down, and rarely brings the clarity you’re after.

You hold it together for others, but inside you’re drained, quietly wondering how long you can keep performing strength.

Even in a crowd, you feel distant, wondering if the depth you offer is simply unnoticed, or simply misunderstood.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults feeling stuck, in their relationships, careers, or inner lives. Whether you’re overwhelmed, burned out, or quietly unsure of what’s next, therapy can be a space to pause and make sense of what’s hard to name. My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental, blending emotional clarity with evidence, based tools to help you move forward with intention.
I take your pain seriously. But I also believe in finding lightness where we can. Therapy with me is relational, steady, and never rushed. Together, we’ll make space for what’s hard and relearn how to feel ease again.

Therapy is a journey, and every step matters. Some days bring big breakthroughs; others bring moments of reflection. There might be ups and downs, but each part of the process helps you build confidence, emotional strength, and deeper understanding. We move together, with curiosity, care, and trust, toward growth that feels real and lasting.

I offer a quiet, steady space, a place to pause, be real, and not have to hold it all together.

As you begin sharing, I start to understand what this loss has felt like from the inside.

We figure out how to support you in the hardest moments, the ones where grief takes over.

We explore how this has changed your sense of self, and what rebuilding might gently look like.

Over time, something shifts. You begin to feel clearer. Less alone. And more able to imagine what’s next.
As a mother to a curious child and a husky with a flair for drama, I’ve learned that presence isn’t quiet or polished, it’s messy, loving, and full of deep breaths. Our home is a swirl of story-time, muddy paw prints, and moments that remind me care doesn’t have to be perfect to be real. And when I need to reset, I head to the beach. There’s something about the tide, the wind, the open sky, it helps me remember what steadiness feels like, even when life is loud.
Being a therapist has shaped how I move through that chaos. It’s taught me to listen for what’s felt but not spoken, to stay steady when things get loud, and to find peace in the small, imperfect rhythms of everyday life. That’s the kind of presence I bring into the room.

I earned my master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 and became a licensed professional counselor shortly after. Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health, supporting individuals navigating poverty, systemic barriers, and complex trauma. That work shaped how I show up: with steadiness, clarity, and a deep respect for resilience.

I Work with Populations Including: LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, Chronically Ill and Disabled, Multicultural Clients, Survivors of Trauma, Helpers and Caretakers
Life can be heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Here, you’ll find a steady space to unpack what’s been weighing on you, reconnect with your strength, and move forward with clarity. The first step is yours to take.

Reach out for support whenever you’re ready, this space is here to meet you where you are.

That’s an important question, and the answer is personal. The best way to know is to have a conversation. I offer a free consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and whether it resonates with what you’re looking for.
I accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at time of service.
That experience is more common than people realize. I approach therapy as a relationship, not just a service. We’ll build trust, move at your pace, and focus on what actually matters to you. You don’t have to repeat old patterns here. We start fresh.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the full session fee applies. These charges can’t be submitted to insurance for reimbursement
I’m not in-network with insurance plans, but many offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. I’ll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance or FSA. Please check with your provider to confirm your benefits.
I work as an out-of-network provider, but I can provide superbills for potential reimbursement. I also reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients facing financial hardship, because access matters.
Yes, confidentiality is the cornerstone of therapy. What you share stays between us, with a few legal exceptions for safety. I’ll explain all of this clearly during our first meeting.
