Most mornings I’m out on my bike before work. It’s not about speed, it’s just how I reset and get my thoughts in order. I like fixing things, organizing my home, and being outside whenever I can. I’m someone who works better when things have structure, but I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t always come from control, it comes from paying attention.
Therapy helps me do that. It’s taught me how to listen without rushing, how to stay grounded when things get messy, and how to keep perspective when emotions run high. I bring that same mindset into my work, focused, steady, and honest. I am here to help you keep perspective, find your footing, and move through challenges with greater clarity.

I don’t see therapy as a service; I see it as a commitment. I show up with curiosity and consistency. I believe people aren’t problems to be solved, they’re stories worth understanding. I don’t push change; I support exploration. I trust that people move at their own pace and carry things in different ways. Therapy works best when it respects that, and when the relationship is built from trust, not performance.

You don’t need perfect words, just honesty. I hold space for what’s real, even when it’s messy or unclear.

Naming what’s heavy eases the weight. Therapy brings comfort and direction by making what’s unclear feel truly seen.

Growth begins with noticing, not judgment. Therapy helps you meet yourself gently, so change feels compassionate, not harsh.

When life gets heavy, I’ve learned to step back and reconnect with what keeps me steady, my values, my strength, and the kind of man I want to be. That remembering helps me stay grounded.
I don’t aim for perfection. I don’t always have the answers. But I’ve come to trust that holding onto who I am, even just enough, is what lets me face what’s in front of me without losing what’s within. That’s the kind of strength I carry into the work I do.

.
I notice patterns quickly, helping clients make sense of scattered thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

.
You don’t have to filter here. I hold space for truth, messiness, realness, and full emotional humanity.

.
I help name what’s quietly carried, giving voice to emotions and truths that haven’t yet been spoken.
I completed clinical training in 2019. Before starting my own practice, I spent years in community mental health, working with individuals who’ve often had to carry too much for too long, and who rarely get the care they deserve. That stretch of time taught me a lot, about systems, about burnout, and about the kind of slow, steady work that makes healing possible.

Sometimes everything feels heavy, when clarity fades and even breathing feels hard. I’ve lived through those seasons. Healing doesn’t need quick answers. It needs space: to reflect, feel, ask hard questions, and be met with steady support.
Every story, messy, complex, beautiful, deserves care. I’m not just a therapist. I’ve walked through the dark and found light. I offer a space that feels safe and warm, where you can begin to rediscover your strength, clarity, and self.
Life can be heavy, but you don’t have to carry it alone. Here, you’ll find a steady space to unpack what’s been weighing on you, reconnect with your strength, and move forward with clarity. The first step is yours to take.

Reach out for support whenever you’re ready, this space is here to meet you where you are.
